- $130.00 per hour for assessment and individual treatment
- $104.00 for a 45 minute session
- $ 73.00 for a 30 minute session
- $104.00 per hour for small group session
- $130.00 per hour for consultation with parents & other professionals/agencies
- $130.00 per hour for written reports/correspondence
- $130.00 per hour of travel to off site visits or meetings (plus mileage where applicable)
Voice Assessment
- $442.00 full assessment with videostroboscopy
- $260.00 without videostroboscopy
- $182.00 videostroboscopy only
Communicative Disorders Assistant Services
- $78.00 per hour of treatment
- $62.00 per 45 minute session
- $44.00 per 30 minute session
- $62.00 per hour for small group session
- $47.00 per 45 minute small group session
- $78.00 per hour of travel to off site visits or meetings (plus mileage where applicable)
Support Services
- $47.00 per hour of Academic Tutoring Services
CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS
The full session fee will be billed for no-shows and for sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, except in the incidents of inclement weather or illness.
RETURNED CHEQUES
An administration fee of $25 will be charged for any cheque returned by your bank for any reason, in addition to any interest charges on overdue amounts.
LATE PAYMENTS
Interest is charged at a rate of 2% per month on all outstanding balances. Accounts that are more than 90 days overdue are referred to collections. Monthly bills may be arranged upon request.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
S.L.Hunter & Associates' billing relationship is with you. If you wish to use health insurance to cover some of our fees, it is your responsibility to determine and monitor your coverage and to seek reimbursment from your insurer. We can provide general information about insurance coverage but you should consult your insurer for specific details.

Fees for service are payable upon receipt of your invoice. Special material
